About the Owners

Innkeepers Tim and Mary Peterson have been in business for more than ten years.  Tim is an avid hunter and fisherman, loves to cook, and is very proud of his local community and all it has to offer his guests.  Mary is an animal lover, especially horses, with a boarding and grooming shop right on their property.  She is also a retired teacher and enjoys sharing her hobbies with kids.

Additional Amenities

Our lodge provides your own bathroom with walk-in shower and linens provided.

We have heating and cooling unit for seasonal climate control.

Living area has a 48" TV with dish hook-up and Wi-Fi is also available.

And don't forget we have the campfire and wood available for the outdoor lovers.

For an additional fee we have boarding available for your pets, including horses.  We also have pet grooming available on location should you decide to take advantage of this for your fur-babies.

Local Activities and Interests

There are so many outdoor activities to enjoy during your stay in Springfield. Many people come from all over to enjoy anything from fishing to exploring.

The Missouri River fishing in Springfield is a Bass fishermans dream, where you will also find Walleye, Sauger, Northern, Crappie, Bluegills, and Catfish.

Hunters from all over come to enjoy the sport with an abundance of deer, ducks, geese, and turkey.

Springfield also offers golfing, kayaking, canoeing, or just exploring nature around the Lewis & Clark lake.
